2. SHIPPING TIME AND SHIPPING FEE

3. DELIVERY TERMS
We work with many carriers to ship the order, which depends on the shipment address.
Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and we do not charge VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility. The package may be subject to local customs or VAT taxes, which depend on the shipping destination. For further information, please refer to your country's customs policies.
4. CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been in production. If you need to update it, please reach us within 12 hours of placing your order via the email address apogejcustomgifts@gmail.com
5. CANCELLATION
If you cancel your order within 06 hours of placing it, you will be held responsible for the payment fee (if incurred), which is non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
